Product Description
307864 Lower Seeding Unit Throat is a molded wear-resistant seed guide installed at the bottom of HORSCH seeding units. This lower throat forms the final seed delivery passage, directing seeds steadily from the meter down into the furrow created by double disc openers. It effectively reduces seed bounce and sideways deflection which are common issues at high planting speeds. Cracked, deformed or worn throats disrupt seed flow, resulting in skips, doubles and uneven plant spacing. Made from tough molded material, it resists abrasion from seeds, dirt and crop debris in no-till fields. Direct aftermarket replacement for OEM 307864. Compatible with HORSCH Sprinter NT, Express TD, Maestro planter and TurboDisc seeding units. Remove leftover seeds and dirt, check channel for sharp edges during installation. Install this lower seeding throat to stabilize seed delivery, improve seed placement accuracy and achieve uniform crop emergence for corn, soybean, wheat and small grains.
